Stitching Pretty Ltd,, The Friends of Montpelier and the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission are proud to present the 15th annual Needleart Exhibit. The mansion will be filled with an inspirational array of stitched art, from needlepoint to ribbon work, beading to pulled thread, as well as basics such as cross stitch. There is also a special category for juniors. Judges choose winners in several categories, and visitors are invited to vote for the “People’s Choice” award. Demonstrations of various forms of needleart given daily. There will also be vendors including needlework, needlework supplies, jewelry, soaps and glasswork.

This year’s special exhibit will celebrate gardens. A special request has been sent out for pieces pertaining to and about gardening, flowers, etc. We will also present a special category ribbon to the judges choice in this theme.
